I’m not fast. I’m not elite. I’m not even consistent. But I run.
This blog isn’t about perfect training plans or 4:30/km pace or which carbon plate shoe makes you 0.3% faster. This is about plodding along, swearing at hills, dodging dog shit, and wondering why your legs feel like piss every time you try to run a bit quicker.
I’m just a normal human, juggling real life—work, family, motivation that dips harder than my splits—and still turning up to run (some of the time).
So here’s the deal:
I’ll share how my training’s going (or not going)
I’ll review gear I actually bought (and eventually blag for free, hopefully)
I’ll rant, swear, maybe post the odd half-useful insight
